OTM 24C Database version: Relevance

Summary: Need to know what OTM Database 24C means.

Content: I was exploring new SQL constructs (from SQL 23ai) on release 24c. Checking the details the database edition from front end and backend seems to be at variance. Although this doesn't impact OTM practitioner to a huge extent but wanted to understand whether this is a discrepancy or expected.
