Hello everyone,

I've noticed that when an agent removes the "Assigned to me" search filter in HR Helpdesk, they can view SRs that are assigned to other agents. This is causing some concerns, as we want to ensure that agents can only see the SRs specifically assigned to them.

Could anyone guide me on how to restrict this access? What configuration or setup do I need to modify so that agents can only view the SRs tagged to them, even if they attempt to remove or change search filters?
