No option to select a default Forecast line Layout

Summary:

After the 24C upgrade, a new feature has been introduced on the Forecast page, enabling users to create a personalized forecast layout.
Upon investigation, our business users are able to create their own customized layout but are unable to select a default forecast layout.

Is there a specific privilege or roles that needs to be added in order to select a default forecast layout?
