Disabling Hybrid Mode in a module Application

We basically have a planning application that is module based, with the financials module enabled. There is a requirement to change the accounting fiscal year setup to run from Oct-Sep (currently Jan-Dec). Our existing application is also a non-hybrid and a lot of the thresholds for hybrid mode, such as number of forms, number of dynmaic account members, number of rules is significantly exceeded.

Trying to build a new application with the new fiscal year setup but has this defaults with Hybrid mode enabled. Our dimensions won't import due to the restrictions for hybrid mode being exceeded (already mentioned above)
