System is not crediting Periodic Accrual incase of Incremental Start of Repeating Period Plan

Summary:

Hi Team,

I created a plan with effective start Date as 12/27/2020 with following Accrual Parameters but system is not crediting the accruals from 2021 to any employee:

  1. Repeating period - Weekly
  2. Accrual Method - Incremental
  3. Accrue On - Start of repeating period
  4. Rounding Rule - No rounding
