Can anyone suggest how to resolve xml schema error while importing clauses?

Summary: I am trying to import clauses from one oracle fusion instance to the other. The procedure is as follows, extract clauses from source instance in xml format and by file import and export task upload it in the target instance. Further in terms template tasks through import clauses uploaded all clauses in the target environment. All the prerequisites sets have been done.
