RSSP Redwood -- VB Express: "We can't display this page."

Summary:

We are attempting to make changes to the new Redwood pages for Self Service Procurement. The page we are having issues with is the Requisition Line Details page. We start in the Oracle Cloud Application, find the page, then click Edit Page in Visual Builder Studio. When the page opens, we get the message "We can't display this page." We only get this message under the Express tab. It works perfectly fine when using the Advanced tab. See screenshots below.

The Express tab seems to work for other RSSP Redwood pages; just not this one.

FYI. We were upgraded to 24C over the weekend. Perhaps that could be related?
