    Pending Worker (Loaded through HDL) User Account Creation

    Need to create User Account automatically for Pending Worker (Loaded through HDL) .

    Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

    Pending Worker are being loaded into system through HDL. Hire date is same as current date. User account is not getting created for this immedietly.

    If I run the 'Send Pending LDAP Request' program with following parameters : User Type : ALL and   Batch Size : A then User Account get created for Pending Worker loaded through HDL.

    Question - Is there any way to create User Account for Pending Worker (Loaded through HDL), Immediately, once pending worker is loaded into system, without manually running the 'Send Pending LDAP Request' program?
