TSA SQL filter not working when field has date AND time

I have previously used TSA as an SQL filter in OTBI reports on a date field to bring back transactions within certain time range e.g. last 30 days however when I have tried it for the 'created' field for supplier site bank account it doesn't work. This field has the date and time, so I custom formatted it to be only the date but the TSA filter still isn't working. Can anyone advise where i've gone wrong?
