How to delete goals which are approved

Summary: we have an issue where the employees have added their goals and approved by Line Manager now this goals needs to be deleted either from Manager or employees end

We tried removing the weightage from goals and but cant option to delete by Employee as Well as the manager, If in case if the goal is getting deleted by employee, there is transaction which which gets generates goes into draft status, and the deleted goal is still displayed in employee goal plan and Manager cant do anything as it displays a msg as "info locked approvals in progress "

can you please help us how the goals can be deleted
