Prevent Suppliers from Registering as a Duplicate from Company Details page

Hi All

We are trying to Enable validation Message when Supplier is start registering using  Next Generation Supplier Self-Service Registration, We Enabled the prevent Registration for Duplicate in Opt in , also configure require Require Supplier Identifier as YES in Configure Supplier Registration and Profile Change Request , when we tested one time it gives the warning , but after that this feature is not working at all ,
