Taleo Enterprise Network Data Administration (NDA) Library

Summary:

This site is used to maintain the Network Data Administration (NDA) files up-to-date and available to Support and Services. The NDA department is responsible for maintaining network data for all Taleo Enterprise Applications.

Such lists include:

• Competencies

• Institutions

• Programs - No new Education Programs will be added for Taleo; Please use Other Programs or create a UDF.

• Employers

• Network Job Fields

• Network Locations

• Organizations (Industries)

• Currencies

• Time zones

• Basic Profile values and label changes
  

Content:

• The standard hard coded Basic Profile selection values and Currency values can be disabled or enabled from the list in Configuration > Selection Lists
• The Institutions, Employers, Programs, Certifications can be enabled and disabled in Configuration > SmartOrg Administration > Network Data > select list to be updated > click on Synchronize to refresh the list > activate or deactivate the required values.
