Loading HDL file with new API gives forbidden 403 error

In the what's new of 24B for HCM there is a new feature to upload an HDL with a rest API.

Following the security instructions I created the new role as indicated and attached it to my account, which was already able to get data from other API's and to load HDL's manually. After assigning the role to my account I have run de send and retrieve LDAP processes. Then in the second step I need to go to Setup and Maintenance and click on HCM Data Loader Business Object Access in which I should see a table with roles.
