User export with last logged in and create date

Description (Required):

We would like the ability to export user list with the last logged in and create date as well as the rest of data the is in the current extract form IDCS. These show in the UI but are not in the User list extract from OCI

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

This is needed for user management. We have a policy that if you do not log in for 90 days, you lose your access. By adding these two fields to the extract, that would allow us to automate the review of the user list for not logging in for 90 days and creation of the file to give to IT for the removal of these users, which would free up licenses that are not actually being used.
