Absence plan carry over limit with formula not carrying forward to the immediate next year

Summary:

Absence plan carry over limit with formula not carrying forward to the immediate next year

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement based on the certain criteria the accrual balance should carry forward to the next year.

I have created the formula, log is show correct value returning, but the issue I am facing is the value returned by the formula is not being considered for the immediate next year.

Ex: Employee hired in 2023, the outstanding balance of 2023 to be carried forward to 2024 . In this case it is going for 2025 instead of 2024.

Howdy, Stranger!
