Hi, 

Is there a way to automatically bring in old transcripts (eg. last 3 chat incidents) into a new chat sessions when client initiates?  This way the client can see previous chats and where they ended up and the agent can easily pick up where the old agent left off and to me this would build a better client experience? Very similar to SMS conversation I guess, but in our chat environment.  Is there an option to make this happen? Thanks.
