Issue in pulling candidates latest hire date in BI/OTBI report

Summary:

Hello experts,

We are trying to pull candidate details along with hire date. For one of the candidate we have updated the start date and when trying to fetch the hire date from per_periods_of_service table it is showing old hire date instead of latest date in the report.

Do we need to run any process to get sync with the application?
