Security Console - User listing

I am new in the Security Console card but don't see an option to get an end-user listing under the USER ACCOUNT section. It seems that I have to know the user account or email in order for it to show up. When I try the wildcard function it requires that I place at least 3 characters which gets me nothing. I am hoping someone can help me out.
