New Commerce Process

Have few open questions in regards to New Commerce Process build : Question 1 : Can we use same settings [process id, action_id_copy] as mentioned in e.g. below for all our sites once refreshed from Production (Note : We want to create a new Commerce Process in Production as a whole and then refresh sandboxes later) [Production, Sandboxes] ?
