Hi Gurus,

We have a requirement where we want to keep RN Chat in Siebel application.

When chat is initiated it comes up as a request on the Oracle Service Cloud agent console. 
We want that chat request to come to Siebel application when the chat initiated is from self- service portal of OSvC, it shouldn't go to service cloud.
So requirement is like siebel agent should handle the RN Chat from siebel application instead of agent in OSvC agent desktop. 

How this can be achieved, Please share your ideas.
