Restrict search of labor costs by person in OTBI

Summary:

Southern Company has a need to restrict most employees with access to project costing labor costs details. A user can search through OTBI subject areas project costs, however we have an scenario where an employee could research another employee labor cost charged to a POET,

Once the employee has been identified by Checking the “Raw Cost” and “Quantity” (Raw Cost / Quantity * 40 = Estimated Salary) the searched person’s estimated weekly salary.

Is there a way to restrict specific users from having access to predefined columns in OTBI or restrict access based on some conditions? Can the restrictions be applied at a role level to restrict the access to all users with the same profile.
