Invalid period mapping

When I try to import balances using "Periods" I get the following error message: "Invalid period mapping. Make sure the period is defined in Data Management Period Mapping". I already created the period in ARCS and in Data Exchange, in both parts it has the same name, in Data Exchange I created it in Global Mapping and Application Mapping, I don't understand why the error continues. The format I am using is File because I am uploading a flat file.

The process doesn't even reach Data Management, the error only appears in periods.
