Salesforce bulk API 2.0 not available in OIC Salesforce adapter

Hi All, we would like to use Salesforce Bulk API approach to load data from Oracle to Salesforce. Looks like OIC SF adapter only include Bulk 1.0 and 2.0 is not available. Can some one please suggest on this?
