Is there any REST, SOAP or FBDI to manage the Oracle Fusion Procurement Categories Hierarchy?

Hi,

One of our customers currently manages the Fusion ERP Procurement Hierarchy Categories manually through the UI, in two steps:
1: If a new category needs to be added, he goes to Setup and Maintenance > Purchasing Categories > Manage Functional Area Catalogs. There, he creates the category
2: Then, he goes to Setup and Maintenance > Procurement Foundation > Manage Procurement Category Hierarchy. There, he inserts in the hierarchy the category created in step 1

In the future state, this data will be managed in EDM (Enterprise Data Management) and in order to do that, we need a way to integrate that data from EDM to Fusion
