Added Learner to Offering but they are not populating

Summary:

I cannot add employee xxxx to the instructor led offering titled: "CPR and First Aid Certification In-Person 8/1/24 (9:00 am - 10:00 am)." The system gives me a confirmation message that the person was added, but they do not show up on the roster, even after allowing overnight for system refresh.

We got confirmation they were added but they don't populate in list of learners.
