Surface a field in Responsive UI and/or Redwood UI

We are deprecating Classic UI pages and need to surface the Rehire Eligibility field in the Responsive and Redwood UIs. Can someone advise on how this is accomplished? A sandbox/Visual Builder perhaps, depending on the UI?

At present, the path to see this information is the following: My Client Groups > Person Management > Search for and click on employee name > navigate to and click on Document Icon at the right of the page > Navigate to Personal and Employment grouping > Click Work Relationship > Recommended for rehire field is there.
