24C Redwood Existing Timecards - Delete option is showing in Action menu for workers

In 24C, Delete option added in Redwood Existing Timecards > Action menu.

But, the Delete option shows for all users, irrespective of if user have Delete option enabled in Worker Profile or not.

Current Functionality in RUI page is, the Delete option is not enabled in worker profile for worker and for all workers who access Existing Timecards page from Me »Time and Absences page, the Delete option is not showing.

This should be the functionality in Redwood Existing Timecard page also.

As of Now, Redwood Existing Timecard page Delete option do not honor the Worker profile setup.
