Solve order for movement dynamic parent

Summary: i am in DSO mode and i am getting wrong result for dynamic parent of movement dimension which is created outside the FCCS_ClosingBalance Hierarchy. Can i assign a solve order for this parent lower then View and Period dimension solve order or should i assign more then their solve order?
