How to add custom text message in Redwood UI Responsive self service application

Summary:

Currently in Classic self service procurement we have enabled the touchless buying, as we know to enable the touchless buying we need to tick the Negotiated checkbox to ensure the requisition details has been already negotiated.

In Classis Self service procurement we have added custome text message "Negotoated Check Box must be checked for all the Purchase expense Lines". just below the Negotiated Check Box.

But we unable to add the similar text message in Redwood Responsive self service procurement.

Since this is important test message for our requestors for touchless buying execution, we need to have the same text message in the same position in responsive self service procurement.
