How to hide Enter New Supplier Information from RSSP

Summary:

Currently in our organization we have not given privilege our requestors to create supplier from Classic self service procurement —>Non Catalog request process. Supplier creation is seperate process and taken care by our seperate team (Supplier Administrator team). Just to avoid requestor to not create the supplier, we have disabled the New Supplier check box from Classic self service Procurement.

We want the similar feature in Redwood UI Responsive Self Service procurement, but currently we won't be able to hide the "Enter New Supplier Information" in RSSP page while creating Non Catalog Request.
