Oracle Unity Enhancements:

Eloqua Decision Service. The Eloqua Feeder App has been enhanced to include a decision service. This new feature allows Eloqua customers to add a decision step to a multi-step campaign that will make decisions based on Unity data. For example, a decision step can branch customers to separate paths in an Eloqua campaign based on location, spend, loyalty tier, or any other attribute in Unity. The first use for the decision service will be in Guided Campaigns, where decisions can be made on Account Score.
