recruitingCandidates API finder not working?

Summary:

Hi, just wanted to check if there are any issues with recruitingCandidate API and the finder options?

The documentation says recruitingCandidates can be called with a finder of search followed by a ; and then passing in a string
e.g.

/hcmRestApi/resources/latest/recruitingCandidates?finder=search;Email='abc@xyz.com'

I am expecting a single hit return of the Candidate with the matching email (I have also tried with @ replaced with %40)

However, it is always failing, no matter which attributes I search.

Is there an issue or am I doing something incorrect with the search finder?
