Need API for CPQ process Model Configuration.

Summary:

Hi Team,

We attach a csv file in the commerce transaction and click on an action button named Add to Line items, such that all the lines present in the csv file gets updated to the configuration line items and click on Add to transaction. How can we achieve the same using APIs.
