Mandatory course/scorm replacement
Summary:
Mandatory course/scorm replacement
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
Hello experts, we have already launched a mandatory course, but an employee has failed the test and he is not able to retake it again because it allows only one attempt, due to it being a SCORM. Trying to avoid this situation in the future, we want to create a new SCORM that allow more than one attempts and replace the old SCORM with this new one: with this solution do we have an impact on the assignation process and tracking of the data taken until now? Can you please suggest us best practices and action plans? Thanks in advance.
