Work Anniversary Alert

Summary:

New notifications are required to be sent to all casuals employees at their individual 6 months anniversary, 12 month anniversary and every 12 months of service after with details from Fair Work. Need this to be sent to primary email address.

We need to ensure that our casual employees receive an email notification of the Fair Work Casual Statement every 12 months based on their service date. Can you confirm if it's possible to set up an automatic email notification in HCM that triggers every 12 months from the employee's work relationship start date? Additionally, we would like the employees to receive both an email and a bell icon notification.
