Czech Republic Maternity Leave Handling

Hi all. Looking to see what others are doing with leave/assignment/etc setup for maternity leave in the Czech Republic. This is a newer requirement for me, but from I am reading it appears that a mother can still technically be on leave, but come back and work part time for an extended time (years). I am curious how others are handling this. We are set up for single assignment, and Oracle documentation says that changing from single assignment with contract to multi assignment with contract is supported, but is this the best option? How are the leave plans set up?
