New BU is not showing in Manage Capital Projects page

Created a new Capital template for this BU

Created a new capital project from this Template

But, The New BU is not showing in Manage Capital Projects page > Business Unit LOV

The capital project does show in the project name/number LOV in Manage Capital Projects page.

Any suggestions why the new BU is not showing in the BU Lov in Manage Capital Projects page?
