Tracking Universal Credit from OCI console

Hi, being an Oracle partner, we acquired Service Track in January and choose to apply the track fee (3000$) towards purchase of Universal Cloud Credit for our OCI instance in order to work on a POC.

The UC allocation was confirmed in PartnerHelp ticket however this amount cannot be monitored from OCI Console anymore. We already did the same in 2023 and the UC appeared clearly in OCI Console and budget could be monitored together with our consumption.

This does not seems to be the case anymore however partner support cannot provide us any satisfactory solution or workaround, ticket has been opened since May.
