Smartlist dropdown is not showing values

Summary:

2 users is able to access Smartlist drop down on a webform from planning interface but not SmartView. When a use opens a form on SmartView, click on the cell to choose values from Smartlist drop down, is it just showing …(dots) but Smartlist values.
