We have only 25 user license in EPM. We would like to delete a user account who is not with us. This user account (ABC) is also an admin in EPM Cloud. How can we delete the account and identify the places where the account/email are used? We are now in busy budget season and need help to delete un-used user accounts to create new ones. We tried deactivating the account and that does not free up to create new accounts. How to?
