Need help retrieving time card related information

Hello,

I have a manager figuring out who modified an employee's time card.

The manager wants to check who made changes to particular days of a time card week, irrespective of approval status.

Is there any table or query from which I can retrieve this information? Can I see if there were any changes made in saved state of a time card.

Let me know if there are any questions I can answer for more clarity regarding this.
