Carry over balance value is not showing as expected for future period

Summary:

Every month employee is having accrual for 2.5 as balance on monthly. When we run the process for MAY 2024 period, it is showing as 0.82 as employee hire date is Mid of MAY 2024 as balanc shows, which is correct. When we go and check for future dated JAN 2025 that time balance shows incorrect and it shows incorrect carry over values .

While we run upto December 2024 accrual process that time carry over shows as expected .

NOTE :

We are using the matrix accrual fast formula with using value set to calculate the carry over balance.

Please find the below screen shot.Employee is having 16.32 as balance accrual and balance calculation and ran the process upto MAY 2024.
