Resignation Approval report

Summary:

We have a requirement to fetch Approvers and Approved date all the Resignation transaction from the system.
We were able to retrieve the information for the recent transaction from FA_FUSION_SOAINFRA.WFTASKHISTORY. However, few Transaction details are not coming in this table.
We are unable to retrieve the approvers and authorized date for the earlier transaction that was started last year. Kindly let us know which table we need to retrieve this information for previous transactions.
