Create a pop-up message/warning when user is correcting receipt that has been invoiced

Summary:

Is there an option to create a pop-up message or warning when user clicks the Correct button from the Manage Receipts UI?
Having this feature will provide users a warning message that the receipt they are correcting was already invoiced.

Currently, there is no way to prevent users from correcting receipts that are invoiced since it is the current functionality.
We are also looking into creating custom roles
