Which field is to be used to check if participant's response is correct or incorrect in HCM Learn mo

In hcm learn module, which attribute to be used to validate if a participant's response to all the questions under any questionnaire is correct or incorrect? This is required to create custom report along with other details such as questionnaire, question type, question text, answer, score and mastery score.
