Withdraw Alert for Offerings

Hello everyone,

We are trying to adjust the withdrawal alert for learning assignments so that it is only triggered when someone is canceled from an offering. If a cancellation occurs at course level, there should be no notification. Does anyone have a tip on what filter is needed so that the alert only applies to a cancelation of an offering?
