Can't find people after PT2 changes

Summary:

We just had a PT2 Refresh, now in our Test environment, we can't see people when we search in Benefits Admin or Performance.

To fix, we attempted to run the ESS Job for Ingest with parameters fa-hcm-person, but to no avail. Please help!
