Errors when refreshing the database after migration from on prem to cloud Planning

Hello All,

I have migrated our on prem planning application with 3 plan types to cloud and tried to refresh the database after however the Plan2 (CAPEX) is throwing an error related to the member formula.

For this error, the unknown member AV is existing in Plan1 (PLANNING) only as one of the account.

May I know why cloud is not behaving same with on prem wbetween plan types? We don't have this issue when refreshing on prem database having same set up.
