Want Appointment search to be dependent on date only not date time

Summary:

When doing Schedule Appointment we need to provide earliest date and time based on that, time slots will appear

Requirement:

Appointment search will only consider date, based on date it will show all the possible windows from the given date.

Can anyone have any hint how to achieve that?
