ARM to ARCS migration issue

Looking for some help in resolving migration errors

I am trying to migrate from ARM to ARCS

Import Step 1:The "Common" node artefacts were imported successfully (did not attempt to migrate Report Groups, Report Queries and Reports)

Import Step 2:When trying to import everything in Reconciliation Manager excluding Profiles and Reconciliations, I am getting errors.

Some of those errors are

1)/Reconciliation Manager/Currency Rates/All Currency Rates :- Row 2 Column Period Missing resource: Period does not exist: Feb_2016 Row 3 Column Period Missing resource: Period does not exist: Dec_2015

2)/Reconciliation Manager/Filters/All Filters :- : The data was not committed because there was a validation error. Check the migration report for more details. - An unexpected error occurred: {ERROR}
